Northeast Ohio weather: Colder Friday, plenty of sunshine into the Easter weekend
CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - We have some persistent clouds still lingering across the area today.
I expect we will start to see more sunshine breaking through from west to east by early this evening.
Any showery activity that has stuck around for some of our southeaster communities will come to a close this evening as well.
This means partly cloudy skies tonight and dry as overnight lows fall into the mid 30s into Friday morning.
The Guardians are back in town tomorrow as the Home Opener kicks off just after 4 pm.
First pitch temperatures downtown will be in the mid 40s with partly cloudy skies.
Seats in the shade will feel much cooler, so be sure to dress in layers as temperatures will drop into the lower 40s by the later innings.
We are settling into a much quieter and drier pattern looking ahead towards the Easter weekend and even beyond to the middle of April.
Expect daytime highs both Saturday and Sunday into the mid and upper 50s with more 60s and 70s around the corner next week.
