Northeast Ohio weather: Few showers and rumbles around overnight; gorgeous mid-week
CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - After a somewhat gloomy start to the day, skies are clearing nicely out there!
Temperatures will range from the low to mid 60s into the lower 70s today. (The coolest temperatures will be along the lakeshore.)
Overall, expect partly to mostly sunny conditions through the afternoon.
Most of the daylight hours will be dry but some scattered showers and storms will develop after 7:00 p.m.
It’s not going to rain constantly tonight but there will be rain and rumbles of thunder in the area from time to time.
The heaviest rain, and the highest severe weather threat, will remain to our south/southwest.
Temperatures will bottom out in the low 50s by morning.
Tomorrow will begin on a mostly cloudy note, and there will be a few showers in the area initially.
The showers will end by mid-morning.
Skies will clear through the morning.
Tomorrow will be cooler-than-average across most of the area with highs only in the low 60s.
Inland communities will be a bit warmer.
Warmer temperatures will return by the middle of the week.
