15-year-old girl shot in Cleveland’s Fairfax neighborhood

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A 15-year-old girl was shot twice in the leg Monday night in the city’s Fairfax neighborhood.

Cleveland police said the teenager was injured when someone fired into a home in the 7900 block of Golden Ave.

The shooting happened just before midnight.

Cleveland EMS said the victim was transported to UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital. Her name is not being released.
