CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cleveland police say they have found a girl they say was reported missing around 11:20 p.m. Monday night.

Officials say 11-year-old Toni Tyus went missing from her home in the 2300 block of Kennard Road.

Police say the girl was found safe with a family member.

Officials say she has limited communication skills, and was believed to have left home on her own after walking away from her therapist.
